Some have a group of volunteers dedicated to maintenance. At others, Sudbury Shared Harvest takes a more active role in organizing regular workbees and training opportunities. 

We are currently seeking volunteer food forest leaders for the Elm West, Chelmsford, Walden and Hanmer food forests. If you live in one of these areas, are active, outgoing, and eager to learn, please check out the volunteer description.

Because the Delki Dozzi food forest is so much larger than the others, we host weekly workbees there throughout the growing season.  No experience is needed - we will work with you to get to know the plants and what is required!
